Video games! Trying to pick what to write about for this topic was hard, but I’ve decided to pick this hobby because it’s something I’ve been doing since I was a kid and know tons about. I was introduced to console gaming by my stepfather, and I used to watch him play video games ranging from action-adventure to first-person shooter to survival horror. I got my first console when I was 8 and even made some online friends whom I still consider close friends today. Over the years, gaming became a safe place for me and a place to let out my anger. I spent so much time trying to master video games, I would practice day and night, look up tips, and watch pros play. Gaming was something that brought me tons of joy, and although I don’t do much of it today, I still follow up with it and reminisce on the “good old days.”
