Wonders of a young adult going through LIFE

It’s hard trying to narrow down what I want to do. When you’re in a space like me where I’ve dabbled into different fields without defining what I exactly want as a career. While I have a high interest and love for creative writing, I’ve also done fellowships and opportunities focused in performing arts, humanities, leadership, and started doing a bit of creative directing and scripting. I don’t want to be a jack of all trades, but rather a beautiful mixture of different forms. As my primary choice of career, I do see myself being a multi-field creative. I want to publish poetry and work in photography and creative directing. I also want to translate my writing to possibly books, novels, help artists with songwriting, write scripts and direct for independent films, digital art design (like photoshop) and other things. I do look to have an impact with my work on young people who are looking to express themselves creatively and not feel limited by their hardships. I want to set a great example for people who are pushing the norms for what art truly is and bring a new movement for independent art and creation. Personally, I want to feel great about myself everyday. No longer would I want to feel depressed, lost, financially struggling, and feel like I have to question my worth to myself or to anyone. I want to brand myself the way I best see fit for me and not let any outside factors hurt who I am as a human and as an individual. I dream to one day be able to travel the world. I think there’s so many places across the United States and outside of it that have so many beautiful sceneries, landscapes, people, culture, etc. that would make me more appreciative of this world and place myself outside of my comfort zone.
